Earlier today, Shawn Tribe of The New Liturgical Movement posted an article that emphasized that what Cardinal Castrillon Hoyos was stating was not a new or de novo juridical finding or decision . Instead, His Eminence was stating the overt will of Pope Benedict XVI as stated several times by the Cardinal himself as well as the Holy Father in the Motu Proprio . The point of fact is, however, that those who do not follow the will of the Pope are depriving the faithful of the "Gregorian Rite" which is their heritage.
