I received this email about a special TLM on July 4th. As the email designates, the AGO is invited to this TLM Mass.
The external Solemnity of Saint Peter and Saint Paul will be observed Sunday July 4 at the noon traditional Mass at St. John McLean with a Solemn High Mass. The music for the Mass will be Palestrina's Mass of Pope Marcellus. The American Guild of Organists (AGO) is having their national convention in Washington D.C. and has designated the noon mass at St. Johns as a place of worship for Catholic participants.
This event has been added to the Deo Volente Special Events Calendar for July. Click for Calendar (opens New Window)
