*SPECIAL NOTE: Seminaries will celebrate the Patronal Mass of St. Charles Borromeo, Bishop & Confessor.  The Mass is of the 1st Class, White Vestments, the Gloria & Creed are said and the Common Preface is used.  The 23rd Sunday after Pentecost is Commemorated.  Vespers include those of 2nd Vespers of St. Charles Borromeo with Commemoration of the 2nd Vespers of the 23rd Sunday after Pentecost.  "The Proper Mass is found in the Missal Supplement, "Proprium Sanctorum pro Aliquibus Locis, which nowadays can be used anywhere instead of the Mass in the body of the Missal [Rub. Gen. 305a]."
