I never know what awaits in the search queue. I am not certain if this individual is a Marine looking for a TLM or is asking what Mass is appropriate for a Catholic Marine? Saints.SQPN.com has a listing of the Patron Saints of soldiers . Of those listed, Saint Michael the Archangel is the Patron Saint of the Marines . The Feast of Saint Michael in the Traditional Calendar is September 29th, and is the 'Missa Benedicta, Dominum.' The Propers for that Mass can be found here and follows the 1962 Roman Missal.
