The calendars are on heavy-bond paper with a spiral ring binding and are 11 inches by 17 inches when fully opened. The price is $8.95 plus $3.50 shipping and handling; the costs decrease for quantity orders. Colorado residents are required to pay sales tax. The calendars can also be shipped to Canada. I have used this calendar and it is excellent.
