Visitors ask..."Angels" or "Guardian Angels" or "Saint Michael"

Since the Feasts of the Angels recently, I have been stunned at the number of queries on "Angels" or "Guardian Angels." If you've read "About Me," you know that one of my favorite authors is Dr. Peter Kreeft of Boston College. Dr. Kreeft has written a great number of superb books . Among these is " Angels and Demons " published by Ignatius Press. This book is an excellent place to begin to learn what we really know of Angels and Demons. I commend it highly!

Saturday Morning Blog Roundup

There are some great stories posted on blogs this morning for your Catholic reading: Shawn Tribe of the New Liturgical Movement has an excellent post entitled , "The relationship of the Jewish Temple and Christian Liturgical Worship ." Please be sure to check it out! The Traditional Latin Mass in Michiana has the line-up for the TLM to be shown on EWTN in the coming weeks as well as what is currently scheduled for later as well. Great information to have on hand! Michael Sternbeck of Rorate Caeli advises us that Ignatius Press has just released the 1962 Ordo Missae with an Imprimatur by the Archbishop of Melbourne, Australia, the Most Reverend Denis Hart. Michael points out some of the translations for us in his review and these are interesting! Good reading for this day!
