WDTPRS: Zenit: Bishop Rifan of the Saint John Maria Vianney Personal Apostolic Administration in Brazil

Fr. Zuhlsdorf cites a story by Zenit.org and then adds his personal comments. The story is an interview by Alexandre Ribeiro with Bishop Rifan on "What’s Behind Liturgical Abuses: Interview With Leader of Traditional Mass Community ." It is an excellent summary of what Fr. Zuhlsdorf has been saying in terms of the so-called " Marshall Plan " by our Holy Father. It is an excellent read!
