The Mountain Echo: EWTN experiences the heart of the Mount
Katie Sechrist has posted a story on Mount Saint Mary's as the site for a series to be aired on EWTN next year . Monsignor Stuart Swetland will be the moderator on the 13-part series of thirty-minute TV shows. Here is a short snippet from her article: "I pitched the initial idea and I believed it was best to demonstrate the idea of campus with students on the stage, it gives a sense of the atmosphere. This will also enhance Catholic Identity...this can also be used for educational purposes," said Interim Chaplain Msgr. Stuart Swetland . Msgr. Swetland is in his fourth season of hosting shows on EWTN . A series consists of 13 different shows on a topic. The first was a mini-course Catholic Social Teaching, the second was Catholicism on Campus- Questions College Students Ask from the University of Illinois, and the third was a show on seminarians which is scheduled to air later this year. The fourth season which is filming this week is Ex Corde Ecclesiae . Please g
