Gregor Kollmorgen has translated an important story from " L'Osservatore Romano " concerning the new F.S.S.P. Parish established in Rome . The full title of Kollmorgen's post is "Osservatore Romano on New FSSP Rome Parish - An Example for Dioceses the World Over." This paragraph emphasizes the importance of the story: "This is an act disposed by the Pope for the diocese of Rome which has a value in itself, in the progressive path of putting into application the motu proprio on the Roman liturgy before the reform carried out in 1970," explains the president of the Vatican commission which deals with relations with the faithful attached to the previous Latin liturgical tradition, especially those so far in various ways related to the fraternity founded by Msgr Marcel Lefebvre who wish to remain united to the Successor of Peter in the Catholic Church.
