Traditional Latin Mass in Maryland

Owens would like to announce (and St James Parish is delighted to host) a Christmas Eve Midnight Mass in the extraordinary form. This traditional Latin High Mass will be offered at St. Peter’s Church in Harpers Ferry, WV, at midnight on Christmas Eve night, Wednesday, 24 December, 2008 . The Mass will be said by Msgr. Richard Hughes, a retired priest from the Archdiocese of Washington, DC, who is now living in Maryland. Schola Carmeli will sing the proper of the Mass and offer traditional carols preceding the Mass starting at 11:30pm. All are invited to attend!
