Omnípotens et miséricors Deus, qui sanctum Ioánnem Maríam pastoráli stúdio et iugi oratiónis ac poeniténtiæ ardóre mirábilem effecísti: da, quaesumus; ut, eius exémplo et intercessióne, ánimas fratrum lucrári Christo, et cum eis ætérnam glóriam cónsequi valeámus.
