Divine Mercy Parish - Divine Mercy Novena - Divine Mercy Sunday
As we enter the Triduum, I want to remind you that Divine Mercy Sunday is April 19th, the Sunday after Easter. For those who wish to recite the novena, it begins tomorrow on Good Friday. I posted links to the Chaplet itself and to the intentions of the nine-day novena in this post. Please state the intentions for the First Day tomorrow.
Many parishes will have a Divine Mercy Service. One is being held at Saint Alphonsus Church, for example. However, the official Shrine for the Divine Mercy in the Archdiocese is Holy Rosary Parish. The Shrine will be the site of the Divine Mercy on the 19th. Please consult the website for the explanation of the miracle which occurred to Father Ronald Pytel which was instrumental in the sainthood of Sr. Faustina.
