Visitors ask...Early Morning Prayers to Mary, the Mother of God?
An international visitor asked for "early morning prayers to Mary, the Mother of God."
This is a key part of the Militia of the Immaculata, a Franciscan charism begun by St. Maximilian Kolbe and several seminarians and modeled after the beautiful consecration of St. Louis de Montfort. Each morning begins with a short "renewal" of this consecration which essentially makes your entire day a prayer lifted up to Jesus through Mary.
Here are two other nice sites I found. One is a beautiful Marian Archive from the Franciscans with a great deal of information in various languages and with links to Marian prayers in Latin and English as well.
The other is the Alpha Omega initiative by priests and laymen in German speaking countries.
