Local TLM News Updates, July 7th

I received these emails, and am posting them for your information.

Taken from the bulletin of Saint Louis parish in the Alexandria section of Fairfax County...

"Traditional Latin Mass is on the first three Friday’s of each month. The next Latin Mass will be this Friday, July 9th."

So, NO TLM MASS on July 16, 23, or 30. Regular schedule will resume in August. This is now in the menu to the right.

On the future of the Mass at Saint Mary’s in Old Town, Alexandria, VA

"[T]his past Friday evening’s Mass was the last one for some time. We have every intent of continuing the Traditional Mass, but for the time being it is on hiatus. While this will not affect many of you, I also realize a number of you have become very fond of this Mass. I ask you to bear with us until we can bring it back. This really was a beautiful spiritually and historically significant addition to our offerings here at St. Mary’s. Many were involved to help bring this about. I am grateful to all of you and hope you too will be back.
