Traditional Parish Mission/Retreat - St Anthony of Padua Mission, King George, VA - March 1st-5th, 2015

Father Shannon Collins, CPM of the Missionaries of St. John the Baptist, will be the Spiritual Director of a Parish Mission/Retreat at St. Anthony of Padua Mission in King George, VA (about 15 miles east of  Fredericksburg) this Lent from March 1-5.  Tomorrow Sunday, March 1,  Father Shannon will offer the 12:45 PM TLM.


Each weekday of the Mission will begin with Mass at 9:00 AM:

Monday and Wednesday --- Ordinary Form with Sermon   (TLM @ 11:30  AM after catechism class)
Tuesday and Thursday ---- TLM with Sermon
Catechism classes at 10:15 AM each day in the hall. There will be a light breakfast beforehand.

Confessions at 6:00 PM every evening.


Spiritual Conferences at 7:00 PM every evening from Sunday - Thursday followed by confession.


On Thursday evening, the last night of the Mission, the Spiritual Conference will close with Eucharistic Benediction followed by a light reception  in the hall afterwards.


For those of you who do not know Father Shannon Collins, he gave a Mission at St. Patrick's in Fredericksburg two years ago and has also spoken at the IHM National Homeschool Conference in Fredericksburg the past three years.

He is a  wonderful traditional priest, passionate about the Faith and an incredible speaker. He currently is a traditional religious priest under Bishop Roger Foys in Covington, KY.
