Steven Greydanus has a great post on the marvelous movie, "Monsieur Vincent," which is arriving soon on DVD. It is the story of St. Vincent de Paul. He contrasts this with a link to movies on the "profane"-- a story he did for Christianity Today Movies.

"Monsieur Vincent" is a title on the list of the Vatican's top 15 in "Religion." Steven's post on the "profane" discusses Christian "iconography" in such movies today. It is an excellent post.
