Thought... If the U.S. government does shut down, what if members of the House and Senate continue to collect their "essential" salaries but announce that they will donate their salaries IN FULL to military families whose loved ones are now "in theater" "in harm's way"? Those families will not get a pay check until a resolution occurs... Just sayin'...
