You Report: JuventutemDC Evening Lenten Reflection - March 18th, 2015

Looking for an opportunity to fortify your Lent? Juventutem DC is pleased to announce its first Evening of Recollection for Lent. Join us at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, March 18 in the newly renovated convent chapel at St. Francis de Sales parish in Woodridge (just by Brookland, only 30 minutes walk from the Brookland/CUA Metro) for a Traditional Low Mass, followed by a recollection "Turning Toward the Lord: Lenten Fasting," by Fr. Brian Sanderfoot, pastor of St. Francis de Sales Parish, followed by a rosary.  Fr. Sanderfoot has been a priest of the Archdiocese of Washington for over a decade, and has a J.C.L. and S.T.B. from the Pontifical University of St. Thomas (Angelicum) in Rome. Previously, he served as pastor of St. Francis Xavier in Newtowne. The convent is located at the entrance to the parish parking lot off Saint Francis de Sales Place, a half block south of Rhode Island Avenue.
